Poor drainage

Improper drainage allows water to penetrate the soils around concrete foundations causing heaving and/or settlement that can result in structural damages such as cracking drywall and other interior finishes, doors and windows that stick or will not open and close, cracked foundation walls, as well as cracked exterior stucco, concrete and asphalt.
